Founded by sisters Karen and Natalie Keane in 2014, Bean and Goose is a single origin chocolate maker based at Last Tree Farm in County Wexford, Ireland.
The Keane sisters are continually inspired by the scents and flavours produced by the landscape of the sunny southeast. Their single origin chocolates “reflect and celebrate the Irish seasons” by using local fruits, flowers, and herbs to produce unique and delightful creations.
